Mon. April 3| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM |

Overview
This one-day workshop will help prepare food and beverage professionals to manage a recall. The workshop will cover the fundamentals of a product recall, review a company's rights and responsibilities and outline strategies for limiting your liability and managing customer expectations. A combination of presentations and exercises will help you benchmark your company's recall protocols and communication management principles and provide tools for technical food safety staff and communication and marketing teams to work together effectively and efficiently during the entire recall event.
