This one-day workshop will help prepare food and beverage professionals to effectively manage a FDA or USDA recall. Learn from experts who work with the food and beverage industry about how to prepare for a recall in advance so that you and your team will be able to effectively communicate to the industry, your customers, consumers and the news media.

The workshop will cover the fundamentals of a food product recall, review a company's rights and responsibilities and outline strategies for limiting your liability and managing customer expectations. A combination of presentations and exercises will help you benchmark your company's recall protocols and communication management principles and provide tools for technical food safety staff and communication and marketing teams to work together effectively and efficiently during the entire recall event.
